RE/MAX Property Sales has been proudly operating on the Sunshine Coast for over 16 years. In 2021, Tristan Brown took the reins from previous owners Steve Perry and Nicola Perry, bringing a fresh vision for the future. Driven by new energy and a strong focus on growth, the business quickly expanded—tripling in size and earning the title of Top Recruiting Office within the RE/MAX Australia network in 2021. Building on this momentum, the business continued to grow with the acquisition of RE/MAX First in 2023, strengthening its presence across the Sunshine Coast. Today, RE/MAX Property Sales operates from a central location in Birtinya, following the merger of its offices to better support a coastwide approach and continued growth.
